Serenity Xpressions Salon Cancellation Policy At Serenity Xpressions Salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits may be transferred one time if you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit, and 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file. • If you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit will be retained as a booking fee. A new appointment will need to be scheduled, and your deposit may be transferred one time if the reschedule is made within the required 24-hour notice. No-Call, No-Show • Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be considered a no-call, no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file.
